Description

The annual OCA Spring Golf Tournament is the largest business golf tournament in the region with 432 participants playing at 2 courses - the Meadows Golf & Country Club (288 golfers on 26 holes) and Anderson Links (144 golfers at 18 holes).

Golf day will feature a shot-gut start at 12 noon at both courses with the evening dinner for all 432 golfers at the Meadows golf club.

The tournament annually donates $25,000 to a charity and for 2022 the recipient will be RONALD McDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES. Ronald McDonald House at CHEO is planning a $20 million expansion to add 22 family rooms.

Sponsorship Opportunities include:

  • Caesar Hole Combined with Charity Fundraising - COST $1,000 - Sponsor is expected to staff hole and sell 50/50 charity fundriasing tickets in support of Ronald McDonald House. Caesar cost not included and to be arranged with golf course.  (2 at Meadows GC & 1 at Anderson Links)
  • Scotch & Cigar Hole Combined with Charity Fundraising - COST $1,000 - Sponsor is expected to staff hole and sell 50/50 charity fundriasing tickets in support of Ronald McDonald House. Cigar supply to be sponsors responsibility. Scotch cost not included and to be arranged with golf course.  (2 at Meadows GC & 1 at Anderson Links.
  • BBQ Lunch - COST $2,000 - (2 at Meadows GC & 1 at Anderson Links)
  • Longest Drive Competition Holes - COST  $500 (2 at Meadows GC & 1 at Anderson Links). No sponsor staff at hole.
  • Closest to the Hole - COST $500 (2 at Meadows GC & 1 at Anderson Links). No sponsor staff at hole.
      
  • Signage on All Beverage Carts -COST  $500 (8 sponsors logos will be put on one sign on each beverage cart)
  • Hole Sponsor COST $300 -
       
  • Large Prize Donation - $500
  • Trophies - $500
  • Tickets - $1,000

As of May 16th only a BBQ lunch sponsorship is available at the Meadows.
