This event blends professional growth with plenty of fun, so come raise a glass with us!

Registration includes two complimentary drink tickets.

Event Schedule:

  • 5:00 pm – Check-In

  • 5:30 pm – Cocktail Social & Networking

  • 6:00 pm – Presentation with Sylvie Rimbach "BUILT TO LEAD - Confidence, Voice, & Vision in Construction" 

  • 7:15 to 8:00 pm – Cocktail Social & Networking with light refreshments

  • Drink Sponsor (3 Available, Option of Having One of the Cocktails Named After Your Organization) - $1,000 each

 Sylvie Rimbach

Sylvie Rimbach is the President and Founder of Training Alliances and a recognized expert in Human Performance and Training. For over 25 years, she has worked with construction companies of all sizes and across all trades throughout Canada—helping leaders and teams strengthen their skills, improve operations, and get better business results.

Sylvie is known for her no-nonsense, interactive style that connects with audiences in the trades. Her passion is helping people in construction and beyond recognize their potential, strengthen their leadership, and take their performance to the next level.

In addition to a number of teaching certifications, Sylvie is certified in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University. Sylvie has also earned an Executive Management certificate from the University of Notre Dame.
