OCA 73rd Annual Christmas Gala

On Saturday, November 30th, 2024 the 73rd Annual OCA Christmas Gala will be held in the Fairmont Chateau Laurier Ballroom.

This always has been a great evening of fine dining and entertainment set in the opulent Ballroom of the Chateau. For 2024, OCA is raising the bar even further to ensure an exceptional 1st class black-tie experience. Expect to see upgraded decor, seating, wine selection and fun post dinner options on top of the entertainment provided by Rob D'Urbano and his Sway Band. Check out their video at this LINK.

One noticeable change is with space as OCA has booked the entire back area of the Chateau Laurier - the Ballroom, the Laurier Room and the Drawing Room. The additional space will ease the crowded hallway reception space of prior years and allow us space to include a casino post-dinner and more fun options like the popular photo booths - both the 360 photobooth and the standard pose photobooth.

Evening Schedule:

5:00pm - Join us for a welcome reception hosted in the Drawing Room outside of the Ballroom.

6:15pm - Opening speeches, and then we commence a 1st class fine-dining experience

9:00pm - 1:00am: Casino, Dancing and Fun!

Feeling lucky? Try your hand at the Casino in the Laurier Room.

Break in those dancing shoes with Rob D'Urbano's Sway Band in the main Ballroom.

Dance the night away with SWAY Band led by Rob D'Urbano  - back to get everyone up on the dance floor following the customary 1st class dining experience.

To ensure more member firms can participate, we kindly ask that each firm limits their purchase to 2 tables as there is only a maximum of 40 tables.
