Join us for an evening of fast-paced networking and empowering conversations at Power Tools & Power Moves: Speed Networking for Women in Construction. This event is designed for women working across the construction industry to connect, share experiences, and build meaningful professional relationships.
What to Expect:
The evening will kick off with an educational presentation by Jennie West-Correia of Stratford Group, an expert in professional development and networking strategies. Jennie will provide practical tips and tools to help you become an even more effective networker—arming you with the "Power Tools" to make "Power Moves" in your career! You'll then take part in a series of fast-paced, guided speed networking sessions—perfect for making introductions, sharing experiences, and finding future collaborators. And don’t forget: light refreshments will be provided to keep you energized throughout the evening.

- Ticket Price: $75 plus applicable taxes for member firms, $95 plus applicable taxes for non-member firms

Speaker

Jennie West-Correia, CPF, CEC, Senior Consultant, Stratford Group
Jennie is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and Certified Executive Coach (CEC). She holds a B.Ed. and B.A. (Drama in Education) from the University of Windsor, is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt designation, a graduate from the Roger Schwarz Skilled Facilitator program and is trained in numerous assessment tools.
Jennie was the former Manager of Human Resources & Professional Development at PCL Constructors. She was responsible for district HR management, implementation and delivery of professional development, and effectiveness and human resource programs at both the local and corporate levels.
