The OCA Annual General Assembly is one of the association's premier business networking event which in the past has attracted up to 400 attendees. This year's AGM is scheduled for the Infinity Convention Centre on Thursday, March 27th, 2025.

4:00 p.m.
- Annual General Report & Approval of financial statements
- Election of the 2025 Board of Directors
- 2024 Chair Hubie Splinter passing the Chair's gavel to 2025 Chair Ken Crawford
- Recognition of Members celebrating 50 Years membership with OCA
5:00 p.m.
Guest Speaker Chris Cummins - 7-time TEDx Speaker, Virtual Conference Host, TV Host of "Charged Up", Author
6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
- Cocktail Reception with Gourmet Food Stations. Attendees will be able to select from a multitude of delectable hot and cold appetizers and main course selections.
