Description
As a sponsor, you receive priority registration. The fee is $760 per foursome, and you can purchase your foursome(s) at checkout. If you wish to book a single or double, you must reach out to Angela Tristram at events@oca.ca.
The annual OCA Spring Golf Tournament is the largest business golf tournament in the region with 504 participants playing at 2 courses - the Meadows Golf & Country Club (288 golfers on 36 holes) and Anderson Links (216 golfers at 27 holes).
Golf day will feature a shot-gut start at 11:00 a.m. at Anderson Links golf course and a 11:30 a.m. delayed start at the Meadows. The evening dinner for all 504 golfers will be at the Meadows Golf Club.
The designated charity for 2023 to receive $25,000 from the tournament is the Ottawa Mission.
Sponsorship Opportunities include:
- Networking Charity Hole - $1,000 (4 at Meadows & 3 at Anderson Links) - These holes will be the ONLY opportunity for a company to have staff at a hole and network with the golfers. There will be one charity hole for each 9 holes so 7 in total. Sponsors may use the opportunity to hand out complimentary swag, play a game, give a free beverage or snack, etc. BUT we ask that each sponsor also sell $10 raffle tickets for a major prize draw with all proceeds going to the Mission.
- Hole Sponsor - $300 - Signage at hole only. Logo in all marketing materials (28 at Meadows & 21 at Anderson Links)
- Longest Drive Competition Holes - $500 - Signage at hole only. Logo in all marketing materials (2 at Meadows GC & 1 at Anderson Links).
- Closest to the Hole - $500 - Signage at hole only. Logo in all marketing materials (2 at Meadows GC & 2 at Anderson Links). No sponsor staff at hole
- Banner of 10 Logos on All Beverage Carts - $500 (10 available -10 sponsors' logos will be put on one sign on each beverage cart)
- BBQ Lunch Sponsor - $1,000 (2 at Meadows GC & 1 at Anderson Links)
- Large Prize Sponsor - $500 (10 available)
- Trophies Sponsor - $600 (1 available)
- Ticket Sponsor - $1,000 (1 available)
- Sound System Sponsor - $1,500 (1 available)
- Tent Sponsor - $2,500 (2 available)
- Pre-Dinner Reception Sponsor - $3,000 (2 available)
- Beverage Cart Drink Ticket Sponsor - $2,500 - 1 drink ticket to be used on course (1 at Meadows & 1 at Anderson Links)
