We are an established and highly reputed Masonry Contractor who is seeking an ambitious anddynamic individual to fill a Student/Junior Quantity Surveyor position at our Gatineau, QC office. We are looking for a candidate who obtained either a CET diploma or Arch / Tech degree or astudent enrolled in any one of the programs. CAD experience would be beneficial. The position will consist of quantity surveying, costing materials and labour using projectdocuments such as architectural and structural drawings, CO’s, SI’s, RFI’s. Handling shopdrawings and tracking and reporting documents to help keep projects on track.

As a member of the KRP team the Construction Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Construction and will be responsible for the management of multiple concurrent construction projects while nurturing and maintaining collaborative working relationships within KRP as well as with our external partners. With the support of the Project Coordinator and Site Supervisor, maintain accurate and current documentation with respect to ongoing construction projects throughout the KRP Properties portfolio. This role will oversee the management and guidance of the design and construction teams (in collaboration with the Site Supervisor) including internal and external resources from initial concept design to final handover of completed facilities to the Property Management team.
