Description
As a construction supervisor, you are most effective when you are trusted by your crew, other crews and senior managers. Generating trust requires you to conduct yourself with integrity, make ethical decisions, act in accordance with a company code of ethics and promote respect in the workplace. Working within an ethical framework helps supervisors ensure their crews are following rules and that problems are dealt with fairly and promptly.
